Happy New Year! If you're wondering where I've been lately, I'm in the middle of writing my 3rd raw recipe book coming out Christmas 2014 by Quarry Books. It's tentatively titled Raw & Simple Detox: A Delicious Body Reboot For Health, Energy And Weight Loss. This week I'm giving away a couple of things from the gourmet collection: a bag of Heaven Mountain goji berries and Spring Dragon longevity tea from Dragon Herbs. Soft, chewy and delicious and grown in the pristine foothills of Heaven Mountain, a remote mountain range in Central Asia. You won't need to soak them like other hard-as-pebbles goji berries.
